It is an iconic British designer and manufacturer that has been illuminating homes with thoughtful, design-led lighting for 40 years. On the back of the new e-commerce explosion, Heathfield saw an opportunity to expand beyond its current customer base and pivot to D2C. We worked with founder Andrew Watson and his team to rewire the business and design beautiful, personalised digital experiences that ultimately drive sales.
